Looking for Jewelry & Leather Accessories interns

AINGEEL-Z Jewelry & Accessories has been steadily increasing sales. With this rapid expansion and summer festival season ahead, I am officially looking for Interns/Studio Assistants. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wire Wrapping, Finishing, Possible Soldering, and other Jewelry related tasks

• Cutting, Cementing, Painting, and other Jewelry related tasks

• Administrative stuff

• Organizing the studio

• Running errands, including sourcing/buying fabric to running to the post office

• Assisting with events + photo shoots, and maybe even modeling in them (so you can't be shy like me:)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mature

• Outgoing/ strong professional people skills

• A self-starter/ someone who can take the initiative to start projects

• Be able to multitask

• Prior experience a plus but NOT a must; must be willing to learn, and be dexterous

• Flexible schedule which includes mainly wk. days bet 10am-5ish but maybe evenings and wk. ends (usually for events)

• Basic sewing and or pattern-making skills

• Basic jewelry making knowledge

• Live in NYC + know how to use the subway extremely well-Studio's in Brooklyn

COMPENSATION CAN BE NEGOTIATED: I love bartering!!!! And could offer a monthly stipend!
